All VYEOFAR controllers and remotes have a five-year warranty and dimming drivers have a three-year warranty from the purchase date.

6. What are the main Skydance products?
VYEOFAR mainly specializes in two product lines.
One is professional line control system for LED lighting projects, which includes a DMX system, 0/1-10V system, AC Triac RF dimmer, SPI system, Signal Converter, and power repeater, among others.
The other is a retail line wireless control system for smart home LED lighting control, which includes RF 2.4G system,433 system, smart touch panel controllers, WiFi Series, RF remote and dimmable drivers etc. It comes in a colored-box set package or blister-set package for retail display.
7. What is the average delivery time of goods?
We have all of our products in stock.
For small orders or sample orders, the delivery time is 1-2 days.
For mass or customized orders, the delivery time is 15-20 days.

9. Could you introduce your wireless smart lighting control system?
Our system can be fully controlled by panels, handy remotes, smartphones(via APP), on/off switches. It can be used on our Vyeofar RF system, DMX system, and 0/1-10V systems. Our systems incorporate handheld RF remote, wall-mounted PWM controller & RF remote, 1-5 channel PWM constant voltage or current receiver, RF dimmable LED driver and Smart Lamps for a single color, dual color, RGB, RGBW, and RGB+CCT LED lighting to create static and dynamic color changing modes. The RF system is a perfect wireless home automation system which enables to control multiple zones by using one remote, with endless receivers in each zone, thus achieving perfect synchronization. Each receiver can be controlled by 10 remotes within a 30m range. The receivers can be Wi-Fi controlled via the “SkySmart” APP (available on IOS and Android) with a WiFi-Relay controller. The system can thus achieve synchronization of light and music, loop play, and scene memory functions, and can also control up to 16 zones with endless controllers in each zone.
10. Are Vyeofar products compatible with major control systems in the market?
VYEOFAR 0/1-10V and Triac Systems are all compatible with major control systems such as Lutron, Dynalite, Clipsal, Osram, Philips, ABB, Schneider, Simens, Berker, and Legrand, among others. Skydance DMX systems are designed with the latest standard protocols of DMX512, DMX512(1990), DMX512-A and RDM.
